Quit Smoking with the Final Solution

The 10 Most Frequently Asked Questions!

Does your program require me to quit smoking immediately?

No! I will coach you every single day through The Final Solution so that you learn everything you need to know before you quit. The idea is to make sure you stay quit this time, and to do that, you must reach the point where you make the decision to quit. We can help you select a quit smoking date or you may select it on your own. Either way, we'll right by your side, all the way!

Does Your Method Work?

Yes, it does! It's how I taught myself to quit smoking. I've used it with excellent success to coach thousands of smokers who thought they'd never get out of cigarette prison either. But they did!

What about the fear factor? Why do I fear quitting so much?

I have found this to be the number one concern among most quitters. In fact, fear stops more smokers from quitting than any other factor. When you understand why you're afraid to quit smoking you won't be afraid anymore. You'll handle the withdrawal period with authority and without feeling like you're going to be "missing something."

Does your program allow me to use pills, patches, gum, nicotine-free or low-tar cigarettes, etc?

Only if you insist. After all, isn't using a substitute drug really just exchanging one addiction for another? And anyway, physical addiction is the least part of the problem. Pills, patches, gums, etc., fail to address the real seat of addiction, the emotional and physiological layers. This is where 99% of addiction resides.

Is it true that your program is equally effective in treating with spit tobacco, pipe smoking, cigars and all tobacco products?

Yes. What's more we get reports from individuals who state they have successfully applied our program with success to numerous other obstacles in their lives -- not just smoking addiction.

Will I turn into a Tasmanian Devil while I'm quitting?

Definitely not! The agony and edginess associated with most quit smoking programs merely points out the shortcoming of their approach. Quitting is no cake walk, but you don't have to go nuts either. You will not have to endure the tug-of-war that erupts between wanting to quit and wanting to smoke with The Final Solution.

How long before I will experience results with your program?

Immediately, if you're like most folks. You will experience a nearly euphoric reaction soon after you begin. However, it's not how quickly you set a quit smoking date that counts. It's how WELL you understand addiction before you set your quit date so that when you do quit, you stay quit.

Are there any subliminal messages in your program?

No. We show you the most important part of quitting ... how to quit smoking on your own ... not through somebody of something else.

What if I'm already using pills, patches, gums or some other quit-smoking drug?

You can use my program in conjunction with any other program. However, never alter your use of a prescription medication without consulting your physician first.

What makes people start smoking again, even months after they quit smoking?

If you are not properly and thoroughly educated in the ways addiction works, you can (and probably will) remain a prime candidate for re-addiction the rest of your life. Our program shows you how to instantly deflect any urge to light up again.

If I feel the need for additional support can I write you?

yES! The vast majority of our members don't need additional support. However, we strongly encourage you to write often, as many times as you want, and we promote this by including in every DAILY installment a special form for the purpose. You may write us as often as you need. There is no charge for this additional support, even in the unlikely event that it exceeds the 30-day program schedule!

The 10 Most Popular Reasons For Not Quitting

I can't afford your program right now

If you're an average smoker, you spend $3.50 a day on your cigarette habit. That's $105 a month, which is 4 times more than the cost of our program. You'll need to another $105 for cigarettes the month after that and another $105 the month after that and so on and so on -- about $1500 a year.

Additionally, every sore throat that needs a doctor's attention, every prescription and every ruined article of clothing of furniture is part of the cost of smoking, not to mention that smokers pay a higher insurance premium as well.

The money these items exact is the least of a smoker's expenses. A happy, healthy life cannot be measured in money. Think of it this way. You can re-open and re-use our quit smoking package indefinitely, for the rest of your life, if you have a need. Moreover, you retain an open online connection to us for ongoing support at NO additional cost!

The question is not if you can afford our program but how much longer you can afford to keep smoking.

I've gone through a dozen programs and none of them worked. What makes my chances with your program any better?

You wouldn't have read this far if you didn't sense the legitimacy of what you're reading. If you will let me, I can take the hope in your heart and turn it into victory, but you'll have to extend your faith in The Final Solution!.

Thousands of smokers are beginning to win the war against cancer, emphysema, heart diseases and other smoking-related illnesses. In fact, 3 million smokers in the U.S. alone are quitting each year. There's no reason your name shouldn't be on that list!

The truth is that I'm ashamed of having to ask for help. I had wanted to quit smoking on my own.

There is nothing wrong with wanting the acclaim that comes with quitting on your own. However, you didn't drive a car the first time you got behind the wheel, you didn't change a pair of diapers right the first time and you probably fell off your bicycle at least a dozen times before you learned how to stay on it.

You CAN quit smoking by yourself. But the tug-of-war between wanting to quit and wanting to smoke can hang on for years, unless you learn how to quit, stay quit and be totally comfortable with your decision. Learning about addiction is not an overnight course. In some quarters, nicotine addiction is now considered to be 10 times more powerful than even heroin addiction.

Meanwhile, you wouldn't hesitate to ask for help with your vision (requiring an optometrist), your car (requiring a mechanic) or your kids' poor grades (requiring the school counselor). So why shouldn't you get help with the world's worst addiction?

Now is not a good time to quit.

Neither was yesterday, neither is today and neither will tomorrow be. No time is a good time to quit smoking. So why bother? Here's why: You are healthy now and you can still say, "Now is not a good time to quit," but when you're bedridden with cancer or emphysema or heart disease, do you think these diseases will be listening when you say "Now is not a good time to die"? There is only one time to quit smoking. NOW.

Meanwhile, smokers continue putting off quitting until Monday, and when it gets here the date changes to New Year's and when New Year's gets here we move the target date again until -- next year. Suddenly, it's 10 years later and we're still smoking. Tragically for many of us, it takes a black spot on our lung or worse before we are finally ready to get serious about quitting. I want to say something about those of you who may already be facing a situation with your health.

Even if you already have a smoking-related illness or problem, you are infinitely better off quitting because your chances of contracting secondary major illnesses are greatly diminished by quitting now. Quitting, even after your health has been compromised, often results in complete restoration of your health, and even if it doesn't it guarantees your remaining years will be happier or healthier and probably both!

I can't say it enough times. You don't have to climb the walls as a result of your decision to quit smoking. In fact, I will show you how to celebrate your escape -- before, during and after -- using The Final Solution.

How can I know if I'm ready to quit?

Most of us are ready to quit when there is little joy left in smoking or have been diagnosed with a smoking-related problem that threatens our health. Why wait? You wouldn't stand in the road until a car hit you before trying to move out of its way.

Many of my family and friends smoke, and that keeps me from being able to quit.

There seem to be those things in life that each of us can resist doing even while others cannot. For instance, perhaps some of your friends can't resist a second or third helping of food but you can't. Or perhaps though some of them may not be able to resist "one more for the road," you can.

What is this something that allows you to resist a temptation when others cannot -- or to resist some temptations but not others?

The answer is, you easily resist a temptation once you've learned how it works. You learn to spot it sneaking up on you long before it ever arrives and you actually deflect it long before it gets there.

We only think that giving up smoking will leave us with a "mad with desire" for it. The fact is, the real thrill of kicking any addiction is being able to say "No!" to it with authority ... then moving on with the rest of your day without giving it another thought. Will you let me show you how to do this? I absolutely can!

"An amazingly simple, down to Earth idea in language anyone can understand. I tried pills, hypnotism and all the rest, but nothing reached me like this. Wow what a program! Thanks, I'm through with smoking forever!"
